One-time password for Anonymous File Sharing

Would it possible to have one-time password for Anonymous File Sharing to user by email address?
File Sharing link will send to user by email without password.
When user click on the link, it provide a link/button to request FileCloud Server generate one-time password (e.g. valid for 5 mins) and send the user’s email address for view or download file.
I like this idea
