Edit NTFS Helper Service port

In a multi-tenant environment it would be helpful to run a different “NTFS Helper Services” for each tenant with different credentials. To achieve this I have to install the Service on different servers across the infrastructure. I would prefer to have multiple services on the same host using different ports.

Also it would then be possible to run the service in Windows nanoserver containers. An other benefit I could think of using in other installations.
