FileCloud User Search

We currently have the option to enable the different user search options as shown in the below article:

We were wondering is it possible for FileCloud to have a local/personal address list rather than a global address list (so for example when a user begins to search for a user, they only see the partial search complete if they had personally sent the user an invite, and not if anyone within the FileCloud environment had sent the user an email).
