Search by keywords

Hi,
To organize documents, we used to set keywords as metadata.
We would like to add these Keywords in the search scope: All, Name only, Content only, Keywords.
We also need limited users can read or write keywords depending on permissions.
Metadata is only used to limit the scope of files, but not as the scope of search, and limited user can't read or write metadatas.
