Email link to recipient when file uploaded (like wetranfer)

Lots of cloud-based file sharing platforms lacks this feature and miss that opportunity to compete with wetransfer, filemail, aspera and others.

The idea is to enter directly an external recipent's email, as well as password and expiration date for the share, before upload is completed. This way one does not have to wait for the transfer to be complete to share the file. Once the transfer is complete, the mail gets sent and the external recipient receive an email with the link and password.

This is critical for large file transfers and it would be a killer feature.

It could be implemented in a workflow if the necessary tools were there.
