More control over share settings

I'd love to see where an admin has more control over share settings. It would be useful to be able to set a default for all share options and then be able to set whether or not each sharing option can be overridden by the user. Specifically these sharing options:
Expires
Upload file size
Email notifications
Share permissions (allow everyone, or selected users)
Share permissions (share type - upload only, upload + view, etc...)
