Regarding the Fill & Sign functionality, FileCloud currently does not support editing and saving PDF files directly online. Therefore, any information entered into the PDF using the FileCloud preview will not be saved back to the original PDF file; we need to allow this.

Hi Paula, thanks for raising this. To set expectations on how it works today: the FileCloud preview is for viewing PDFs only, and we don't support editing a PDF or saving changes back to the original file. So anything typed in through the preview won't persist. For now, the way to fill in or sign a PDF is to download it, make the changes in a PDF tool on your machine, and upload it back.
