Allow Company Name to be entered when adding new user

When the “admin” user creates a new user account, it would be nice to be able to add a “Company Name” to be associated with the new user account, as an optional field. The “Company Name” could then be seen when looking through the user accounts as well as included in any audit reports which are generated.
