Adding a sticky NOTE next to file names

Wouldn't it be great to have a sticky note option next to a file to add a quick note such as a password to open or a brief description of the file?

Right now, the only option is to store this type of information in the "Comments" section, but it is not file specific.

I know that ShareFile offers this note concept, so perhaps there's an easy way to make it better than what they use to keep FileCloud atop the list of file sharing solution services.
