U.S. credit card pattern group using Luhn algorithm

It would be nice to have a U.S. credit card pattern group for a content classification rules that validates against the Luhn algorithm for high-fidelity matching.
A regex only for credit card numbers produces a lot of false positives and the additional validation could better scope DLP actions.
I like this idea
