File Index Status Feature / Index Notification

Is it possible for the admin users to receive a notification once indexing has been completed, or perhaps show a file index status to allow the users to see whether a file has been completely indexed or not yet?
This has been requested by Andrew Rath of Vault Tech Solutions.

I can see how you would want something like that. It would help the admin to have better control over content! Right now, we don’t offer that as a feature of notification. but we do have an alternate solution for this. Please refer to the link below:
