Folder share policy= view and upload only

We have a FileCloud DLP policy that prohibit sharing from certain paths (for Ex: \\esternarl\r\beta), because is too dangerous permit a user to sahre using all available options within those paths (in particular the download).
Is intended for sharing with external users.
What we need is to allow sharing from those path restricting how the users can share:
- view only
- upload only
- View and Upload
