Dynamic Email Sending for Expiring Retention Policy files

We are trying to setup a retention rule for our customers files for storage purposes. When trying to setup alert on file it asks for specific email addresses. This is doable for a small userbase, but if we have 25-50-100 customers it will be pretty hard to maintain and that means around the same number of retention rules for each customer.
Is there a possible way to alert relevant users dynamically that their files are near deletion? Like say the file owner or the people who have access to the share?

Thanks for reaching out. Other customers have also expressed their interest in this, too, and I understand why! That said, we aren’t planning on building this feature, at least not soon.
We have limited development resources until Q4, but we plan to revisit backlogged feature requests as soon as we’ve worked through our current plan.
