Error logging improvement (mongodb connectivity)

Filecloud does not leave error logs when it cannot connect to mongodb. While apache log is too vague to be useful. This makes debugging very hard. It will be good if error log can be add to syslog before the configured logs are fully ready, say /var/log/messages.
