Disable Add New Folder button in the User Portal

Currently the "Add new folder" button in the User Portal is available for any user that has been shared with Upload priviliges.
However the admins would prefer if their users won't be able to modify the folder structure at all.
They would like a way to disable this button and the keyboard shortcut in the user portal.

I can see how you would want something like that. It would help the system to have better control over content! That said, we aren’t planning on building this feature, at least not soon.
We have limited development resources until Q4, but we plan to revisit backlogged feature requests as soon as we’ve worked through our current plan. With that in mind, please let us know if there’s anything else you’re interested in
