workflow automation support right now the condition "if the file is previewed or downloaded".
better to support granular download or preview condition, I mean will have more options:
if the file is previewed
if the file is downloaded
if the file is previewed or downloaded
we have a customer need to move files when it's downloaded, actual we can't fullfil this need because if the file got previewed, the workflow will move it.

Other customers have also expressed interest in this, and I understand why! That said, we aren’t planning on building this feature, at least not soon.
We have limited development resources until Q4, but we plan to revisit backlogged feature requests as soon as we’ve worked through our current plan. With that in mind, please let us know if there’s anything else you’re interested in
