Manage all user's notification settings

Hello,

In our organization, a space manager has access to the administration interface but cannot access the Settings menu.

From the modification interface for a user, it is possible to manage each notification rule specific to a path.

Two actions are missing to fully manage user notifications:

- Unsubscribe / Subscribe the user to all notifications,

- Manage the user's own notification settings.

The first action is only accessible from the Settings menu of the administration interface.

The second action is not available from the administration interface.
