Allow watermarking for additional image and video files

Looking forward to FileCloud supporting watermarks for additional image and video files as lead is looking into adding watermarks for video files that they share and even other types of image files.

We aren’t planning on building this feature, at least not soon. We currently have the queue for development outlined until Q3 2023; we will revisit backlogged feature requests as soon as we’ve worked through our current plan.
