Ability to make files immutable at a folder level

Currently files can be made immutable at the system level only. We have use cases where it would be useful to make files in certain folders immutable, but not in other folders

We aren’t planning on building this feature, at least not soon. We currently have the queue for development outlined until Q3 2023; we will revisit backlogged feature requests as soon as we’ve worked through our current plan.
