Change the severity of an alert

Gathering Customer Feedback

Some alerts are frequent with high severity and sometimes are confusing the monitoring systems

Would be possible to decrease or increase a severity of a given alert

Ex: set Alert A to Warning and B to Critical.

Also, we can decide the severity by the number of occurrence

Ex: A is set to warning but become critical if 10 occurrences per day
