Enforce SSO login for all users (including externals)

Dear all,

After opening a ticket (#0665344) I was invited to suggest it as an idea:

We would like to enforce SSO logins for all our users, including External users, but from what I see in your documentation (https://www.filecloud.com/supportdocs/fcdoc/latest/server/filecloud-end-user-guides/user-account-types) this is not possible, yet.

One of the strength of Filecloud is that external users do not use paid licences, but if they can't access our server with SSO authentication, we will have to move them to guest accounts which will thus require paid licences...

Since anyone can create an account with our IdP, it would be much easier for us to drop local accounts and only rely on SSO authentication for all our users.
