Ability for Team members to see share details for Team folders

We have some cases where users in team folders share out the same file/folder to the same people without realizing it. It would be nice to allow any member of the team that is allowed to share in Team folders, the ability to see share information.
I like this idea
We are looking to add this feature in 18.2. There will be a separate "Manage Share" permission which can be used to allow other users to see existing shares.
