Add FIDO2 WebAuthn support for passwordless secured authentication

Add the possibility to register and authenticate using a FIDO2 authenticators to implement secured passwordless login.

A Windows 10 machine with a user logged in using Windows Hello for Business (passwordless) is a FIDO2 authenticator. Android devices can as well act as authenticators.
