Adding comments to files or folders which users have only read access to

Hi

Apart from the other ideas around Comments, A really handy feature would be the ability for any type of user (or be able to select it as an option for a user or group) to have the ability to write comments on files even if the files are read only. This feature could be important for collaboration with other filecloud users especially when the read only user requires updates to be made to a file/folder but obviously doesn't have access to do so.
