Needs Review
It would be nice to either have a native Chrome OS app or an updated Android app for Chromebooks. Users in the field can do just about anything now that Chromebooks (newer ones) can run Android apps. Your current app installs and authenticates but fails to open. However, the server logs show it as a successful login but sees the agent as a web browser and not Android.
