Modify E-Mail Subject globally

Hello,
we translated your e-mail templates into german for our customers.
We would also like to translate the e-mail subject globally (i know it is possible over the admin ui per tenant).
Sadly the email subject can't be set globally by editing the template files in the resources path.
I like this idea
Thanks for your feedback. We are moving away from editing the global template files on the disk and only using the database settings.
We will consider if there are other ways of updating the titles globally.
When you create a new site you could do a 'copy' from a template site so that it has the settings you need.
