FileCloud Drive, open locked files as read only

Locked files are now blocked for opening. Behaviour should be changed to the option to open the file as Read Only.

Agreed. It should simply block users from saving the file. The best behaviour would ofcourse be to use the built in Office "file is locked by user, open in read only?" functionaility.
