Filecloud Helper Service

Hello
On the Admin Portal in the section "Checks" is an alert that says: "Helper Service not available."
I'm runnig Filecloud on the linux appliance and the Helper Service should have been installed within the Linux Appliance. In the Documents I read, that the Helper Service can't run on an Linux machine, but on the other hand in the same document it says that the Helper Service ist installed on Linux automatically.
So is there a way to get the Helper Service running on my Linux Appliance?

Hi Eric, There is no support for FileCloud helper on Linux. It is windows only.
Also Helper is only needed if you do NTFS permissions on network shares.
