Outlook addin places link at the bottom of the conversation

Currently when adding a link to emails it places it right at the bottom. Even if the are multiple emails in the conversation.

I would like it to place the link at the start, in the currently composed email.

It would also be good to be able to alter the font, size and colour to match the current stationery.

We already support that feature. In the link below, please see the share settings (Insert Share Detail At). Also the Share Text (in HTML) allows you to set the font colors and stationary in HTML.

Perfect. Thanks for that.

I hadn't used the addin since I first installed it.

All good now and working perfectly :)

Would it be great if we could insert text at the bottom of the email, but above the email signature. Right now it either goes below the signature, or at the top of the email. Having it insert in just above the signature would be ideal for us. When testing other file sharing products, they were able to do this and it worked much better for us. Also, it would be great if the text would use the same font type/size as the email. Right now it comes in as size 10, even though the rest of the email defaults to size 11.

Thanks, I do see now that I can change the font via the HTML code. Although, it does always seem to insert a blank line at the top, that does not use the font specified in the HTML code, or the default font of Outlook. That blank line using a smaller font (10 vs 11) is an annoyance. As far as the "Insert Share Details At", I believe you miss understood my request. If I set it to insert at "End of email body", it inserts at the very bottom of an email, below our email signature. I can have it insert at "Tom of email body", however in a perfect world, I would want it to insert at the bottom of the email, but above the email signature. Or maybe have it insert at the cursor's position. I feel users will often start typing an email, and then insert in the FileCloud link after they are done typing, which will cause it to go to the top and have to be manually moved.
