Sync Client "already running"

Needs Review

I think the behaviour of the sync client should be changed when the program is launched when it's already running. To novice users, the tray icon might be something they cannot find so if launching the shortcut would simply bring up the main Sync window, rather than the somewhat useless "already running" message box, it would be a simple little addition :)

Any update? I was also thinking it would be neat if there was a seperate shortcut to the File Browser, as it's actually very handy but can seem a bit "tucked away" in the rightclick menu of the tray icon. Novice users are awful at exploring features like this.
