SSO button positioning

Dear Community,
Since SSO authentication cannot be enforced for all users (especially external users; see my previous suggestion), we would like to be able to position the SSO button on top of the local account (currently at the bottom):
It would really make sense, since SSO authentication should be favoured over local accounts (which are only used for external accounts).
