FileCloud 23.253 is now available!

We are excited to announce the release of FileCloud version 23.253. This release focuses on improving sharing experience, workflow usability, administrative flexibility, and security integrations. Below are the key highlights:

QR Code on Share Emails
File share notification emails can now include a QR code, allowing recipients to quickly access shared content from mobile devices with a simple scan.

Date Uploaded / Created Field for Managed Storage
The Date Uploaded and Date Created metadata fields are now available in the User Portal for Managed Storage, improving file visibility, sorting, and auditability.

Improved Admin Workflow Flexibility with Group Filtering
Admins can now filter by groups when configuring workflows, enabling more targeted automation and reducing the need for duplicate workflow rules.

Enhanced Workflow Usability with Auto-Populated Optional Parameters
Workflow configuration has been improved with automatic population of placeholder curly brackets { }

for optional parameters, reducing syntax errors and improving workflow setup accuracy.

Improved Content Security Policy (CSP) Handling
Enhancements to CSP handling improve overall security and compatibility across supported browsers and integrations.

SSO Support for External Users (Add-On Feature)
Single Sign-On is now supported for external users, enabling a more seamless and secure authentication experience.
