FileCloud 23.242 is now available

Announcing FileCloud Version 23.242

We are excited to announce the release of FileCloud version 23.242, introducing significant enhancements to improve your FileCloud experience:

- New Admin Portal Interface with Search Functionality: The admin portal now features a redesigned settings interface, incorporating a search function that allows administrators to locate and configure settings more efficiently.

- Team Folders Account Details: A new Team Folders settings page provides access to a dialog box displaying detailed information about your Team Folder account, enabling easier management and configuration.

- Redesigned FileCloud Outlook Add-in: The FileCloud Outlook add-in has been overhauled to simplify saving Outlook attachments to FileCloud and including FileCloud files as attachments or links in Outlook emails. This updated add-in will soon be available in the Microsoft Apps Store.

- TOTP Authentication for Admin Portal: Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) is now available as a two-factor authentication (2FA) delivery method for the admin portal, enhancing security. Administrators can enable this by selecting TOTP Authentication as the delivery method in the 2FA settings.
