Announcing the release of FileCloud version 23.251

We are excited to announce the release of FileCloud version 23.251. This release delivers highly anticipated features and key enhancements. Below are the highlights:

• SSO User and Group Sync & Import: FileCloud now enables seamless import and synchronization of users and groups from identity providers such as Okta, Entra ID, and Google, including permission management through SSO integration.
• Multiline Watermark: Admins can now apply repeating watermarks across document previews with customizable font sizes. A real-time watermark preview is available directly within the Admin settings for easier configuration.
• FileCloud E-Signature Enhancements:
  • Signing Order: Ensure documents are signed in a specified sequence. Each signer is granted access only after the previous signer has completed their action.
  • Auto Deletion: Automatically remove signed documents from the Signority account to prevent duplication between FileCloud and Signority.
• Default Phone Country Code Setting: Admins can now configure a default country code for user phone numbers directly from the Admin portal.
• Enhanced Admin Workflow: A new automation option allows actions to be triggered when a user account is nearing its expiration date.
• External User Comments: Admins can enable external users to leave comments on file shares, enhancing collaboration across organizational boundaries.
• .HEIC Image Format Support: FileCloud now supports the preview of HEIC image files, commonly used on iOS devices.
